Thriving After Toxic Love: Support Group Series
April 22 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm CDT

So many of us have been in toxic relationships. These difficult and often traumatic experiences leave a mark on us as individuals and how we show up in future relationships and yet, we don’t often find productive ways to talk about it.
SHALVA is inviting Jewish women in their 20’s and 30’s who have experienced toxic love to come together in conversation. Guided by a therapist, this time together will allow for deeper engagement on specific topics through community-building in a safe and confidential environment.
Join for as many or as few of the dates below:
Rewriting My Story: Healing after toxic relationships (April 22)
Knowing When to Leave: Recognizing red flags & navigating breakups (April 29)
What Feels Good? Developing healthy communication tools (May 6)
