Dr. Lena Kushnir (‘88), Head of School and Sara’s Schechter classmate, will interview Sara about her journey writing the book, the impact of domestic violence on families, and the healing power of sharing one’s story.

SHALVA’s Director of Clinical Services, Barbara Siegel, will participate in the discussion, sharing early warning signs of domestic abuse that friends and loved ones may recognize, and describe the services that SHALVA offers to survivors and loved ones.
